Restorative Yoga Workshop:

Re-Focus & Restore Saturday 24th January 2026, 2-5pm

Our restorative yoga workshop offers you  a gentle pause—an opportunity to rest, reset, and re-focus without pressure or striving.
Through deeply supported, long-held poses, mindful breathing, and guided Yoga Nidra, you’ll be invited to slow your exhale, soften your body, and quiet your mind.
With each exhale, there is space to let go of the heaviness and darkness of winter; with each inhale, an invitation to gently turn towards the returning light, clarity, and possibility.
Accessible to all bodies and experience levels, restorative yoga is a slow, nourishing practice centred on comfort, stillness, and care. Come if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet time to reconnect with yourself.  Cocooned in warm blankets and supported by props, you’ll rest deeply and emerge feeling clearer in your mind, freer in your body, and more uplifted in your spirit.

This workshop falls in the week before Imbolc, offering an opportunity to pause and reflect as the season subtly begins to turn towards light and renewal. We’ll finish with a quiet nod to Burns Night, honouring warmth, reflection, and the turning of the season.
