Fancy has actively been practising yoga since 2016 and has witnessed first-hand the numerous health benefits yoga offers, this inspired her to obtain the STY 200 hours yoga teaching qualification in July 2019.

Francy has always had a passion for exercise from weights to dance and other cardio-intensive training. Yoga, however, fulfils a body and mind connection as well as exercise and it has brought a complete mind and body wellness to Francy’s whole life. She is passionate about teaching so others experience the benefits too.

Francy;s classes are safe, fun and a non-competitive environment to practice from Hot yoga to Vinyasa, Restorative/Yin and Hatha Flow classes that are available for new and experienced students to enable them to reach their full potential and enjoy the benefits yoga has to offer.
