A Breathwork & Sacred Sound Journey

As June begins & the natural world comes into full bloom Emma & Wendy are hosting a Breathe & Bloom workshop, Emma will be taking participants on a journey with the breath to promote blooming in life on a personal level too.

Wendy will guide you on a dance of light deep relaxation using sonic sound to bathe & integrate your breathwork experience. 

A luxury 3 hour journey dedicated to completely replenishing and nourishing your life-force energy.

Conscious connected breathing is a simple, gentle yet powerful way to release stuck or stored emotions held in our bodies and in doing so to change the relationship we have with ourselves, with our loved ones and with the world. Breathing consciously makes it possible for previously unresolved issues to integrate and heal, allowing us to move towards fulfilling our potential as human beings.

We’ll be working gently powerful conscious connected breathing to soften energetic blockages and move along the pathway towards the self-acceptance, which is so integral if we’re to bloom in our lives.

We’ll begin with some gentle movement and enjoy some preparatory breath exercises before setting down to an extended session of conscious connected breathing. After the breathwork practice, there’ll be time for integration and a break.

To conclude the breathwork experience Wendy will guide you on a Dance with Light – you’ll be soothed into a deep & integrated relaxation by the divine sounds of crystal singing bowls before coming together to share experiences and close.

The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience of conscious connected breathwork (and beginner’s). Full guidance and support will be provided.

 About Emma 

I’m Emma; mother, wife, dog-mum and breath coach. I love words (novels, memoir, poetry), cold water swimming, making preserves (so satisfying!) and most especially my garden.

After a twenty-year career in the corporate world providing tax advice to businesses and shareholders, I discovered rebirthing breathwork in 2018 on a retreat in Italy. My initial experience of connecting consciously with my breath was so profound that I committed to practitioner training within weeks, inspired to share my discovery of breathwork with the world. Qualifying as a rebirthing breathworker in 2021, I now work with individuals offering breathwork therapy and with groups exploring different breathwork techniques with the objective of allowing participants to explore their relationship with themselves and in doing so to connect ever more deeply with their true self.

The natural world, with its lessons of surrender and acceptance, impermanence and renewal, is the guiding light in my breathwork. Taking a gentle and empathetic approach, I encourage the use of the natural breath as a route to healing and transformation.
